Bahnberg Recruiting was founded out of a love for the transportation and logistics industry discovered through the exploration of many roles in these fields. Over years of working good fit and less than ideal fit jobs in the industry, I discovered that there is an ideal career for everyone, with an ideal team, and ideal management. After working for an employer as a Reefer Driver delivering food products in the Dallas Fort Worth area, I discovered my niche: less deliveries per day, more weight per stop (most stops unloaded manually), 300 mile delivery radius which allowed me to be home every night (but gave me plenty of adventure for one day), with a luxurious reefer to cool off in while loading my next dolly/pallet load (what a blessing on those hot days). I finally found a calling with coworkers/management that I gelled so well with, and job duties that seemed to be designed to accentuate my strengths. Although I am no longer working at my former favorite job, I decided to start this business to help candidates find a career that will bring them the kind of fulfillment and enjoyment from a day's work I experienced. It is my mission to find hiring companies and candidates the best employment alliance possible to ensure that everyone I work with enjoys a better life.
